Samsung Galaxy A06 5G Complete Specs and Comparison Charts Along With Pricing Details in India Revealed

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A06 5G model has been a part of many reports already and its full specifications were previously shared online. Following these updates, the complete specs and comparison charts of the device as well as the pricing details of the Indian variant have now been revealed via an X tipster (@yabhishekhd).

The Galaxy A06 5G smartphone as per the now-shared complete specs chart is pointed out to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor (2.4GHz; 6nm) with 463K AnTuTu score, Android 15 operating system, four years of promised OS upgrades (up to Android 19) and security updates, One UI 7.0, three storage options (4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, & 6GB/128GB), up to 1.5TB expandable storage support, 6.7″ HD+ PLS LCD 90Hz display, 50MP(main) + 2MP(depth) dual rear camera system, 8MP front-facing camera, 5000 mAh battery, 25W wired fast charging, twelve 5G bands, WiFi 5, Samsung Knox Vault, side-mounted fingerprint reader, mono speaker with Dolby Atmos, 8mm thickness (dimension – 167.3 x 77.3 x 8.0 mm), 191 gm weight, and an IP54-rated body.

With respect to other competitor products such as Vivo’s Y29, OPPO’s A3x, and Xiaomi’s Redmi 14C 5G, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A06 5G device is revealed to offer the latest OS, two additional OS upgrades, higher expandable storage support (when compared with Vivo Y29 and Redmi 14C 5G, not OPPO A3x), better depth sensor, more 5G band support, and lesser thickness (when compared with Vivo Y29 and Redmi 14C 5G, not OPPO A3x). However, it should also be noted that there are certain aspects where the Galaxy A06 5G falls behind drastically, such as in terms of the refresh rate, battery backup, and wired fast charging.

Also, when compared with its already-launched 4G counterpart – Galaxy A06 4G, the upcoming Galaxy A06 5G brings some notable upgrades which includes the 5G network connectivity, higher 90Hz refresh rate support, better MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 1.5GB more expandable storage, added IP54-rated durability, 4 years of OS upgrades, and the latest One UI 7 custom skin on top of Android 15 OS.

Speaking more, with the One UI 7 custom skin, the Galaxy A06 5G also offers a revamped graphic user interface assuring an unmatched user experience. More iconic design (redesigned app icons and UI enhancements), better user experience (easy access for quick panel and notifications with simple swipe gesture), and improved personalization (different sizes and playful shapes for widgets customization) are some key features.

As mentioned above, the Galaxy A06 5G is revealed to be made available in three storage options of 4GB/64GB (model – ‘A066BD’), 4GB/128GB (model – ‘A066BG’), and 6GB/128GB (model – ‘A066BH’) with respective list prices of INR 12,499 (with INR 364 discount), INR 13,999 (with INR 408 discount), and INR 15,499 (with INR 451 discount). To add, the earlier update also suggested the device to have three color choices of Blue Black, Light Gray, and Light Green as well.

Based on reports, Samsung is believed to unveil its latest Galaxy A06 5G model soon and we may hear an update from the brand’s side any time. Moreover, the Galaxy F06 5G which was debuted recently is also said to be re-branded as the Galaxy A06 5G with a few tweaks (changes in rear panel and camera module layout).
