The South Korean tech giant Samsung launched its Galaxy A06 5G smartphone last week in India. The device arrived with model number SM-A066B/DS in the Indian market. Now this week, this same model number has been spotted on a certification website but with a different moniker.
Our team at The Tech Outlook has spotted model number SM-A066B/DB on Singapore’s IMDA certification website.
But the catch is instead of Galaxy A06 5G, the device was spotted with the moniker Galaxy A06s 5G. This suggests that Samsung may launch Galaxy A06 5G as Galaxy A06s 5G in Singapore, with just a change in moniker while the specs are expected to remain the same. The above database reveals that this is a 5G device with Bluetooth and UWB.
In the coming days, we may come across some more updates related to Galaxy A06s 5G and since the device has started making its appearance on certification websites, Samsung may soon announce the launch of the smartphone.
