Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Clears BIS Certification, Paving the Way for Indian Launch
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, which was recently leaked in full by Android Headlines, is once again making headlines. This time, it has passed the Indian BIS certification, indicating that its launch in the Indian market is imminent.
Here is more to it.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE BIS
The BIS certification listing was first spotted by the folks at 91Mobiles. The device is listed with the model number “SM-S721B/DS” and was approved on 16th August 2024. The “DS” at the end of the model number indicates that the phone will likely support dual SIM functionality. However, as usual, the BIS certification doesn’t provide any details about the hardware specifications of the smartphone.
According to a previous report, the global launch of this smartphone is expected by October 2024. Although the smartphone has not been officially announced yet, early leaks have already revealed almost everything about it.
