Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Passes UAE TDRA and TUV Certifications, Charging Specifications Revealed
Recently, both the Wi-Fi and 5G variants of the Galaxy Tab S10+ were spotted on the TDRA and UL Demko certifications. Now, the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition has also appeared on the TDRA and TUV certifications. Previously, the Galaxy S24 FE (model SM-S721U) was listed on the Geekbench database, showcasing the Exynos 2400 chipset. However, it featured an underclocked version of the Exynos 2400, with rumours suggesting it might be called the Exynos 2400e, indicating the underclocked variant.

The TDRA certification has revealed the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition with the model number “SM-S721B/DS,” where the “DS” indicates dual SIM capability. According to the TUV certification, there are seven model numbers listed: “SM-S721B/DS, SM-S721B, SM-S721N, SM-S721Q, SM-S721U, SM-S721W, SM-S7210.” These variants are likely intended for different markets, with the SM-S721B being for the global market and the SM-S721U for the US. The TUV certification also suggests that the device will support 25W fast charging.
Galaxy S24 FE Global Variant (SM-S721B/DS) has also appeared on the FCC certification. The FCC listing confirms that the S24 Fan Edition will feature Wi-Fi 6E (2.4GHz and 5GHz), NFC support, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G connectivity, LTE, GSM, and more. Additionally, it will support reverse charging of up to 9W. The dimensions have been confirmed, measuring 162mm in height and 77.3mm in width, though the thickness remains undisclosed.
As for its launch timeline, rumours suggest it could be unveiled in late September or early October.
