The South Korean tech giant Samsung has officially announced that the Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on 22nd January 2025. At this upcoming event, the brand is expected to unveil its much-awaited flagship series- the Galaxy S25 series while the OneUI 7 stable version is also expected to be released at this particular event.
Yesterday it was tipped that this upcoming smartphone series will run on OneUI 7.0 custom skin based on Android 15 OS. Today tipster @AhmedQwaider888 on the X platform has exclusively revealed the display, battery, and chipset details of the upcoming Galaxy S25 series.

As per the tipster, Galaxy S25 will sport a 6.2-inch display that offers FHD+ screen resolution, Galaxy S25+ will sport a 6.7-inch display that offers QHD+ screen resolution and Galaxy S25 Ultra will sport a 6.9-inch display that offers QHD+ screen resolution. All the smartphones are tipped to offer 2600 nits brightness, powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, and arrive with a starting RAM variant of 12GB.

Further, the tipster has also shared the performance results of Galaxy S25 ultra as per which GPU performance is improved by 34%, CPU performance is improved by 38% and NPU performance is improved by 43%. Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to arrive with a 42% higher cooling rate while S25/S25+ is said to arrive with a 10% higher cooling rate.
