Samsung is expected to unveil its all-new Galaxy Watch 7 Series alongside Galaxy Z Flip 6, Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Ring at the next Galaxy Unpacked event which is said to be held in the month of July. Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 has already bagged Bluetooth SIG certification last month.
Today tipster @OnLeaks in collaboration with Smartprix has exclusively revealed the 5K renders of Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra which reveal the detailed design aspects of the smartwatch.
Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra: 5k Renders
The above image reveals that Samsung is bringing a unique design rather than the old all-circular design. A squarish bezel is seen along with a circular display giving the smartwatch a unique and appealing look.
The display is said to measure approx. 1.5 inches in diameter while the overall dimensions are roughly 47×47.4×16.4mm which is larger than Galaxy Watch 6 Classic which measures 46.5×46.5×10.9mm. Well, this difference in dimension might be due to the squarish bezel.
If we take a look at the right side of the watch, a new circular button can be seen in the middle between the two traditional buttons. It is assumed that this new button may offer new functionalities to the upcoming watch.
At the back of the watch, health sensors are seen in a new circular array of individual squares and circles. It is said that Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra retains the temperature sensor but it has been shifted slightly upwards towards the center. Alongside the sensor array, two button-like elements are seen at the top and bottom which could be for detaching the watch bands. The watch band can be seen in two color options- Black and White.
Large speaker grills are also present on the left side of the watch. These are larger than what we currently see in the Galaxy Watch models. These new design upgrades make the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra look different and unique from what we have seen previously.
