[Update- Colour Variants Tipped] Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 support page live on its Gulf website ahead of its rumoured launch

Update 11th June 2024 at 08:23 PM IST – Just after I published my report, tipster Evan Blass shared the colour variants for the Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. According to him, the Z Fold 6 is expected to come in navy, pink, and silver shadow, while the Z Flip 6 may feature blue, mint, silver shadow, and yellow. Additionally, both foldables will be available in white and crafted black, which will be sold exclusively online. There will also be a peach colour option for the Z Flip 6.

ICYMI, the upcoming Z-series foldables will be sold in the following colors:

Flip6: blue, mint, silver shadow, & yellow.
Fold6: navy, pink, & silver shadow.

In addition, both models will be offered exclusively online in white and crafted black, with the Flip6 also adding peach.

We have been hearing a lot about the Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 nearly every day. Just a few days ago, a marketing poster was leaked, showing a familiar triple vertical rear camera layout. Adding to today’s news, we have now spotted the Z Fold 6 support page on Samsung’s Gulf website.

The support page shows the model number “SM-F956B/DS,” but the moniker isn’t present on it. Although the support page didn’t reveal much in terms of specifications, earlier listings on certifications and leaks have significantly contributed to revealing what it might look like.

In the past, the 3C certification revealed it could come with 25W fast charging support and is expected to pack a 4,600 or 4,400 mAh battery. An earlier Geekbench listing with the model numbers “SM-F956B” and “SM-F956U” suggests that Samsung may launch this smartphone in the US and Asian markets with the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SOC paired with an Adreno 750 GPU. The Geekbench listing further revealed it will be running on Android 14 OS with at least 12GB of RAM. However, according to past rumours, we can also expect a 16GB RAM variant with 1TB of storage space.

Moving on to the screen size, we can expect a 7.6-inch internal (when unfolded) and a 6.4-inch outer AMOLED display. For screen protection, we may see Gorilla Glass Armor protection, which appeared on the S24 Ultra earlier. Samsung might still choose the same camera configuration of 50MP (Main) + 12MP (Ultra-Wide) + 10MP (Telephoto). Although it may sound similar to its predecessor, rumours suggest it will feature an upgraded 50MP camera.

On a side note, Samsung is also working on a slim model of this foldable. Earlier, it was said there would be an Ultra variant, but now it is said to be Slim. Also, the Fan Edition is expected. As always, leaks are interesting but should always be viewed with a degree of skepticism.
