Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Series Details Revealed in a New Leak: Design, Key Specs, Features, and More Shared

The South Korean tech maker, Samsung, would be unveiling its much-awaited Galaxy S25 series this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event that is scheduled to take place on the 22nd of January 2025 and now, the details concerning the design, key specs, features, and more about the upcoming devices have been revealed online in a new leak.

This update (received via Tecnoblog) has firstly pointed to a key design change in the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra device, and deviating from the prevalent 90° corner design that we have seen since the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, it is revealed to feature round corners this time. Notably, this was already suggested in the Galaxy Unpacked teasers as well, and moreover, the Galaxy Z Fold 6-like camera rings are also likely going to be there as per the new leak. Additionally, again, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ models are also revealed to feature the same.

Furthermore, two features of the Galaxy S25 series have also been shared – Now Brief and Gemini integration in YouTube, Samsung Notes, and maybe more apps. With Now Brief, Samsung Galaxy S25 series users will be provided with summaries of weather, health, and appointments, at different times of the day. Google Gemini integration is also expected to be an important feature, with the capability of accessing and controlling other apps like YouTube, Samsung Notes, and maybe more.

Now coming to the revealed specs, the Galaxy S25 Plus smartphone is revealed to sport a triple rear camera unit with a 12MP ultra-wide camera, 50MP main camera (with 2x optical zoom), and 10MP telephoto camera (with 3x optical zoom), along with a 12MP selfie camera. It is also revealed to pack a 4900 mAh battery too. About the Galaxy S25 Ultra, a 50MP (ultra-wide) + 200MP (main, 2x optical zoom) + 50MP (telephoto, 5x optical zoom & 10x optical quality zoom) + 10MP (telephoto, 3x optical zoom) quad camera system and a 12MP front-facing camera are revealed to be present. A slightly larger 5000 mAh battery is also going to be backed within the device as per the leaked poster.
