Galaxy Z Flip FE – Exynos 2500 Chip Mass Production for the Device Begun
It was earlier reported that Samsung would probably be launching its Galaxy Z Flip FE smartphone equipped with the Exynos 2500 chip, and it is now said that the Galaxy Z Flip FE may be first featuring it (via The Bell). This is because, the Qualcomm monopoly in the foldable device segment and the competition by Chinese foldable smartphones, has prevented Samsung from introducing its Exynos 2500 chip in the flagship Galaxy Z Flip 7, and the strategy has changed to making the Galaxy Z Flip FE as the first Exynos 2500-powered device.
Also, it should be noted that things in Samsung’s semi-conductor division are changing constantly, and considering that the Galaxy Z Flip FE will only be launched months after the Galaxy Z Flip 7, there is still time left to confirm this. In related news, the Exynos 2600’s work is progressing alongside, and the brand is believed to finish it in the mid-half of Q3 2025 (for the Galaxy S26 series). The Exynos Auto V920 processor is also scheduled to be supplied to Hyundai Motor Company this year.
