Sony Xperia 1 VII rumored to come with three Exmor T sensors

Last year Sony officially unveiled its Xperia 1 VI smartphone globally. This device was equipped with one Exmor T main sensor and Exmor RS sensors for telephoto and ultra-wide camera. Well now the rumors related to the successor of this smartphone- Xperia 1 VII have started surfacing online.
A Japanese publication SumahoDigest(Via Notebookcheck) has revealed that as per information on the Chinese platform Weibo, Sony Xperia 1 VII could arrive with a camera upgrade.
It is said that the size of all the sensors will remain the same, but all the sensors may be upgraded to the latest Exmor T for mobile. This means that all rear cameras will be unified with a two-layer transistor pixel-stacked CMOS sensor. Exmor T sensor reduces noise in low-light shots and improves dynamic range even with telephoto and ultrawide cameras. Therefore Exmor T sensor is said to deliver improvements when compared with the Exmor RS sensor and if the above information turns out to be true, the Sony Xperia 1 VII will enhance the photography experience of the user.
The size of the sensors is said to remain the same, hence we may see a 1/3.5-inch telephoto camera and 1/2.5-inch ultrawide camera in the upcoming smartphone. Sony Xperia 1 VII is expected to be officially announced in early May and released around June. Since there is still a lot of time left for the official launch we may come across some more updates in the future.
