Tecno Camon 40 4G and Vivo V50 Lite 4G spotted on SDPPI certification website

Tecno will officially unveil its latest Camon 40 smartphone series on March 4th. This upcoming series is said to include the Camon 40 Pro 4G, Camon 40 Pro 5G, Camon 40 Premier 5G, and Camon 40 4G. These devices have also appeared in various certifications.
Now, ahead of the scheduled launch of this smartphone series, the Tecno Camon 40 4G has been spotted on the SDPPI certification website with model number CM5 and certificate number 108094/DJID/2025.
The database does not reveal much about the device. Though this smartphone has previously made its appearance on Google Play Console and TUV Rheinland databases as per which the device is expected to feature 5100mAh, 8GB RAM, Android 15 OS, MediaTek Helio G100 chip (or may be the Helio G100 Ultimate as per reports), ARM Mali G57 GPU, and 1080 x 2436 pixels resolution display.
Apart from Tecno Camon 40 4G, Vivo V50 Lite 4G with model number V2441 was also spotted on the SDPPI database. Previously this device also made its appearance on EEC, Bluetooth SIG, and FCC certification websites. A few of the key specs revealed via the FCC database include – dimension of 163.96 x 75.3 x 8.495 mm, weight of 193 gm, 6500 mAh typical battery (6380 mAh rated battery; model number – BA93), likely 90W fast charging (charging adapter with model number – V9082L0A1-US’; 1 meter USB cable), 2G/3G/4G network, WiFi 5 with dual-band support, Bluetooth (BR + EDR + BLE), NFC, GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, QZSS, SBAS, and 8GB/256GB storage option.
Apart from the 4G model, Vivo is also working on the Vivo V50 Lite 5G model that was recently spotted on FCC, SIRIM, GCF, SGS, EEC, Geekbench, and Bluetooth SIG certification websites.
