Tecno recently released a teaser for its upcoming smartphone in the Indian market, and speculation is high that it belongs to the Tecno Pova 7 series. While rumours continue to circulate, we have now spotted this series along with the Tecno Spark Go 2 on the EEC certification website. This listing not only confirms the model numbers but also reveals the corresponding monikers.
A total of four Tecno Pova 7 series smartphones have surfaced: Tecno Pova 7 4G (LJ6), Tecno Pova 7 5G (LJ7), Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G (LJ8), and Tecno Pova 7 Pro+ 5G (LJ9). However, an earlier report suggested that a fifth variant, Tecno Pova 7 Curve 5G (LJ8K), might also be part of the lineup. While the EEC certification confirms the model numbers, it does not reveal any hardware specifications.
Meanwhile, Tecno also appears to be preparing to launch a new budget smartphone, Tecno Spark Go 2, which will succeed the Tecno Spark Go 1 that debuted in August 2024. The EEC listing shows the device under model number KM4, but no details about its specifications have surfaced yet. However, we can expect it to come with notable upgrades over its predecessor.
