Upcoming Honor GT Smartphone Detailed Specifications Tipped Ahead of Official Launch
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Honor, has already officially announced its GT phone launch in its home market and while the device is set to make its debut early next week, its detailed specifications have been shared via a tipster on the Weibo platform.

Honor GT – Tipped Detailed Specifications
As per the Weibo update from Digital Chat Station, he notes that the upcoming Honor GT device is going to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and offer up to 16GB/1TB storage options. The device is also revealed to feature an LTPS straight display screen with 6.7″ size, 1.5K resolution (2664 x 1200 pixels), and support 3840Hz PWM dimming.
Speaking of the cameras, at the rear, a dual camera system sporting a 50MP IMX906 primary camera (with OIS and f/1.9 aperture), as well as a 12MP additional camera sensor, is said to be present. For selfies, users may expect a 16MP front-facing camera. Other revealed specs include the plastic middle frame, X-axis motor, and short-focus fingerprint reader. The tipster also adds that it has a dimension of 161 x 74.2 x 7.7 mm and a weight of 196 gm itself (unlike the last update which suggested 186 gm weight). Honor will be debuting its GT phone on the 16th of December 2024 in the Chinese market, and the same day will also witness the launch of the Pad V9 tablet too. Moreover, the pre-reservation for the two went live a few days back and already a lot about the soon-to-be-launched devices have been officially teased in the recent past days.
Speaking more, the GT Phone will be made available in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB storage options, and Ice Crystal White, Phantom Black, and Aurora Green colors. The Pad V9 on the other hand will be offered in 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB storage options, and Jade Dragon Snow(White), Mountain Ash(Grey), and Lu Yan Zi(Purple) colors choices.
