Upcoming iQOO 13 Smartphone Key Specifications Tipped by Chinese Tipster: Reveals Some Notable Improvements
Very recently, we had spotted the global variant of the iQOO 13 smartphone on two international certification platforms, and following this, the key specifications of the upcoming device have been tipped by a tipster on the Weibo platform. As per the update, the latest iQOO 13 will bring some significant and notable improvements when compared with its predecessor.

iQOO 13 – Tipped Key Specs
This update comes from the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station who has via a Weibo post revealed that the upcoming iQOO 13 Chinese variant may use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor (previously said to be Snapdragon 8 Gen 4) and is expected to come equipped with a self-developed Q2 independent display chip. The tipster also notes that the device could use a 2K resolution BOE Q10 flat display too. The device is also said to come with BOE’s latest generation light-emitting technology.
Regarding the charging specs, as revealed via the 3C database, the device should probably support a 120W wired fast charging feature like its predecessor, however, as per the tipster, it is pointed out to have 120W private flash charging and 100W PPS public version flash charging supports. According to another recent update, PD charging and type-C to type-C connector might be present as well.
Other expected specifications are a large-sized X-axis motor, IP68 dust and water resistance, USB 3.X, and a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint. The tipster has also mentioned that the device could also feature a large-sized symmetrical dual speaker system . Also to add, it is also being said that the smartphone’s thickness would be reduced when compared to its predecessor, and is likely to come in between 8 mm and 8.09 mm. Even with such a thin thickness, its durability will be assured with the expected IP68-rated body.
It should be noted that for the iQOO 13 offered in the Chinese market, the chipset is expected to be the above mentioned Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition, whereas for the global users, iQOO 13 will carry a chipset with moniker – Snapdragon 8 Elite. A single-layer motherboard, upgraded cooling system, and improved 6150 mAh battery backup are also now being rumored to be featured on the iQOO 13 smartphone. 16GB RAM, 1TB storage, 50MP Sony IMX921 primary camera, 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide camera, and 50MP IMX826 telescope camera with 2x zoom capability are other expected specs.
