[Update] Upcoming Realme phone with RMX3800 model number receives 3C certification, could be Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Realme GT 6

Update: According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Realme flagship phone for the Chinese market will be called the Realme GT 7. The company has already stated that the Realme GT 7 Pro will debut by the end of this year. While this suggests that the next Realme flagship phone for China could be called the GT 7, there is no official confirmation on the moniker yet from the brand.

Smartphone brands in China are soon going to launch new affordable flagship phones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. These include the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+, and the Realme GT 6. It appears that the GT 6 may have received approval from the 3C certification platform in China.

As shown in the screenshot above, a new Realme with the RMX3800 model number has received approval from the 3C certification body in China. Leaker WHYLAB claims that it is the upcoming Realme GT 6 for China. The RMX3800 device has been spotted with a VCBOACH charger that supports up to 121W charging.

According to reports, the Realme GT 6 heading for China will be different from the GT 6 that is scheduled to launch on June 20 in the global market. According to reports, the global model will come with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, while the Chinese variant might include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Recent reports have revealed that the Realme GT 6 for China will have a 6.78-inch BOE S1 OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution, a metal middle frame, and a glass back. The device may pack a 6,000mAh battery and support 120W fast charging. The rear camera setup may feature a 50-megapixel main camera. The camera setup will not include a telephoto camera, according to tipster Digital Chat Station.
