Upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Flagship Smartphone Key Specs Leaked Ahead of Launch

Samsung – the South Korean smartphone maker is now believed to launch its flagship slim form factor smartphone – the Galaxy S25 Edge either in May or June 2025 and ahead of this expected launch time frame, its key specs have been leaked online.

As per the leaked specs chart of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge smartphone, it is pointed out to come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and will be integrated with the Adreno (830) GPU. In terms of memory, it is suggested to offer 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB internal storage. The device will also come with the Android 15 based One UI 7 custom skin out of the box, and offer 7 years of Android OS and security updates.
A 6.6″ display screen is also likely to be present, and it is possibly going to support 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. About its cameras, a 200MP (main, OIS) + 12MP (ultra-wide) dual rear camera system may be featured on the device, along with a 10MP selfie camera (f/2.4). The leaked specs chart also reveals that the smartphone could be backed by a 3900 mAh battery and support 25W wired fast charging.
Other revealed specs include the titanium alloy frame, IP68-rated body, 5.84 mm thickness, 162 gm weight, and Titanium Ice Blue/Titanium Silver/Titanium Jet Black color choices.
As mentioned above, initially Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge smartphone was said to launch on the 15th of April 2025, but due to some reason the launch has been postponed. As per new updates, it could be taking place in May/June 2025. Speaking of certain previous updates, this smartphone has received the FCC, UL Demko, BIS, and 3C certifications, and has been spotted on the Geekbench database. Its dbrand website-listed transparent cases and high resolution wallpapers were also spotted online previously.
