Upcoming Vivo S20 Spotted on the 3C Certification Platform; Latest Xiaomi Pad 7 Appears on the IMDA Database
Vivo, the Chinese consumer electronics maker, is revealed to unveil its S20 series devices this month and following the TENAA listing of the vanilla model, it has made it to the 3C certification database.
Along with this, the latest Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet has been listed on the IMDA database of Singapore, after its debut in its home market in China late last month.

Vivo S20 – 3C Certification
The upcoming Vivo S20 smartphone has been spotted on China’s 3C certification platform bearing the model number – ‘V2429A’, and is categorized as a 5G digital mobile phone. Charging adapters with model numbers – ‘V9082L0A1-CN’ and ‘V9082L0E1-CN’ have also been listed along with the smartphone device, confirming the 90W wired fast charge support.
As mentioned, previously Vivo’s S20 smartphone was certified by the TENAA authority, and the database pointed to more specifications. Some key specs that were revealed includes the octa-core processor(expected to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3), 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM options, 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage variants, 6.67″ AMOLED display with 2800 x 1260 pixels resolution and 1073.74 million color depth, 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera unit, 50MP selfie camera, 6365 mAh rated battery (probably 6500 mAh typical Si/C battery), and under-display optical fingerprint sensor.
Based on a recent new update, the launch of the Vivo S20 series which may bring at least the vanilla S20 and S20 Pro devices to the market is tentatively scheduled to take place this month, on the 28th of November 2024.
Xiaomi Pad 7 – IMDA Certification
Xiaomi’s latest Pad 7 tablet has received the IMDA certification from Singapore carrying the model number – ‘2410CRP4CG’, and this is the global variant of the device. On the IMDA database, it has been listed as a low power tablet computer with Wi-Fi connectivity support.
With its debut in the Chinese market, the full specifications of the Xiaomi Pad 7 have already been revealed. To add, the global variant of the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet was also spotted on the EEC database, while the Indian variant has received the BIS certification, confirming its European and India launch, apart from the launch in Singapore.
