Upcoming Xiaomi 14T Pro Spotted on EEC Along with an Unknown Smartphone

The Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi, reportedly has started its work with the next 14T series devices and previously the 14T Pro smartphone was said to have made it to the IMEI and Mi Code databases. This Xiaomi device is suggested to arrive as the rebranded version of the Redmi K70 Ultra and now, it has been spotted on the European EEC certification platform along with another unknown Xiaomi smartphone.

Xiaomi 14T Pro – EEC Listing

Xiaomi’s 14T Pro has appeared on the EEC database bearing the model number – “2407FPN8EG” and is certified with the notification number – “KZ0000007702”. Its certification will be valid till the 31st of December 2029.

As mentioned, another Xiaomi smartphone has also received the EEC certification now and this device carries the model number – “2406APNFAG”. It has been certified with the notification number – “KZ0000007701”, and has certification validity till the 31st of December 2029 itself.

Unknown Xiaomi Device - EEC Certification

Speaking of the previous updates, the Xiaomi 14T Pro was listed on the IMEI database with two model numbers – “2407FPN8EG” and “2407FPN8ER”, and these are the global and Japanese versions respectively. Coming to the Mi Code listing, the Xiaomi 14T Pro is pointed out to have the codename – “Rothko”. Do note that the Redmi K70 Ultra also has this same codename and will be rebadged as the Xiaomi 14T Pro.

Nothing in particular is known about the specifications of the Xiaomi 14T Pro model, however it is assumed to be powered by a powerful MediaTek processor, maybe the Dimensity 9300 chipset. Certain improvements can also be expected on the camera side, as well as on the other aspects of the device. Regarding the launch, the Redmi K70 Ultra is said to possibly debut in the month of August 2024, therefore the Xiaomi 14T Pro launch might take place later after that.
