Upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra Global Model Full Specifications Revealed Via Leaked Spec Sheet

Xiaomi’s latest iterative camera flagship is all set to debut soon in the Chinese market, while its global launch along with the standard Xiaomi 15 model is scheduled to take place early next month. Ahead of this, the full specifications of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra global model have been revealed via a leaked spec sheet (received from @Sudhanshu1414).

Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Global Model) – Leaked Spec Sheet Reveals Full Specs
As per the leaked spec sheet, the global model of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone is revealed to feature a 6.73″ WQHD+ LTPO (1 ~ 120Hz) AMOLED display screen. Its resolution is noted as 3200 x 1440 pixels, and it has a pixel density of 522 PPI. An always-on display support (1Hz) is also present. The brightness rate is mentioned to be up to 3200 nits (with 25% APL). HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 68 billion colors (TrueColor), DC dimming, and 1920Hz PWM brightness are the supported display technologies. It also has TUV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and anti-flicker.
On the performance side, the device equips the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) octa-core Oryon CPU with two main cores clocked up to 4.32 GHz and six performance cores clocked up to 3.53 GHz. The Adreno 830 GPU is integrated onto it, and it is coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. A Dual-Channel Ice-Loop 3D Cooling System is also added on the device, and it runs on the Android 15 based Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 custom skin.
About its camera specs, at the rear the Leica-branded quad camera module is there with LEICA VARIO-SUMMILUX 1:1.63-2.6/14-100 ASPH and Xiaomi AISP 2.0 image processing. The 50MP Leica wide-angle main lens with OIS is a 1″ LYT 900 sensor, having 3.2µm 4-in-1 super pixel, 1.6µm pixel, 23mm/28mm/35mm/46mm focal lengths, f/1.63, and AF 15cm. The 50MP Leica x3 70mm floating telephoto lens with OIS has 0.7µm pixel, 70mm focal length, 10cm macro photo, f/1.8, and AF 10cm. The 200MP Leica x8.6 100mm periscope lens with OIS has a 1/1.4″ sensor, 4-in-1 superpixel 2.24µm, 0.56µm pixel, 100mm/200mm focal lengths, f/2.6, and AF 50cm. Finally, the 50MP Leica ultra-wide-angle lens has 115° field of view, 0.64µm pixel, 14mm focal length, f/2.2, and AF 5cm. Also to add, the 32MP selfie camera has 0.7µm pixel and f/2.0 aperture.
In terms of the battery and charging specs, the device packs Xiaomi’s Surge high-capacity 5410 mAh battery (typical), supporting both Xiaomi HyperCharge 90W wired and 80W wireless fast charging features. An 18W reverse wireless charging support has also been added, and four years of battery health is claimed for the device. A USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 port is also part of it and used for charging.
Regarding the connectivity specs, Xiaomi’s 15 Ultra global model will be supporting dual 5G, Bluetooth 6.0, WiFi 7, and NFC connectivity. A dual nano SIM + nano SIM/eSIM slot is present.
Coming to its design, it has three color choices of Chrome, Black, and White, and it measures 161.3 x 75.3 x 9.48/9.35 mm in size. The weight is noted as 229 gm / 226 gm. Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0 (x161 drop resistance), Xiaomi Guardian Structure, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i camera module protections have been added. Additionally, it is IP68 water and dust resistant.
Few of its AI features and capabilities include erase distracting elements, transform grey sky, generate missing contents, remove reflections, improve sharpness of blurry or zoomed-in photo, background removal, generate images of oneself, and automatically edit videos with Creative Assistant. With the Productivity Assistant, content recognition, voice recognition, Google Gemini Nano 2, and Google Circle-to-Search features can be accessed as well.
Xiaomi will be officially introducing its flagship 15 Ultra smartphone today on the 27th of February 2025 in China. The global launch will be taking place next month on the 2nd of March 2025.
