Vivo to Release Two Power Banks Along with the X200 Series; X200 Series Officially Announced
Vivo, the Chinese consumer electronics maker, has officially announced the launch date for its latest flagship X200 series devices and it is revealed that the brand will also be unveiling two new power banks with the upcoming smartphones. As previously informed, OPPO, along with another competitor, will also be releasing their new power banks too soon.

Vivo’s New 22.5W and 45W Power Banks
As per the update, the two power banks that Vivo plans to unveil are 22.5W and 45W power banks that will come with built-in cables and have a total capacity of 20000 mAh. The 22.5W power bank has been priced CNY 179, while the 45W power bank is listed for CNY 239. A coupon discount of CNY 60.18 will also be available with the two power banks. The new product reservation for both the products are live from today – 8th October 2024, and the pre-sale will be on the 14th of October 2024.

Just like Vivo, OPPO also plans to release power banks as well as certain magnetic wireless charging accessories with its Find X8 series devices that are said to debut on the 21st of October 2024. As per one of our previous reports, we informed that this will include 50W magnetic chargers, ultra-thin magnetic cases, and portable magnetic power banks, which are also claimed to be compatible with devices from other brands.
Now, as per the tipster who shared the above update, OPPO may be launching two power banks with 12000 mAh (one could be OnePlus 100W with a changed logo) and a 5000 mAh magnetic power bank. Another competitor – Cootai (or likely Cuktech) is said to launch three power banks. This is revealed to include a 33W 10000 mAh power bank with built-in cable, a 7.5W magnetic power bank with 20W type-C output port, and a 7.5W magnetic power bank with 22.5W type-C output port. However, the capacity of the latter two is unknown.

Finally, as reported, Vivo has officially announced that its X200 series devices comprising of the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro mini models will be launched on the 14th of October 2024 at 7 PM in China.
MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 processor, Vivo V3+ chip, OriginOS 5 custom skin, satellite connectivity, Zeiss-branded camera module, 2160Hz PWM dimming supported OLED display, better video capabilities and more are expected on the devices. The official images of the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro mini, and the expected price points and color choices of the devices are also now available.
