The Vivo V50 smartphone bears the model number of ‘V2427’ and has received the TDRA certification with the equipment registration number of ‘ER40083/25’. Its moniker has also been mentioned on the database, and it has been categorized under the ‘Mobile Phone’ section. The certification validity will be till the 5th of January 2028.
The NBTC authority has certified the Vivo V50 smartphone with the certificate number of ‘B38001-25’, and has also mentioned the moniker on the database. Moreover, the listing also reveals that this smartphone will be a 5G device, supporting 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network connectivity.
Speaking more, as mentioned, we had earlier also spotted the Vivo V50 smartphone previously on the European EEC certification platform too. Additionally, the device has also been listed on the IMEI database as well.
In related news, Vivo is currently working on a new sub-brand named ‘Jovi’ and three upcoming models – Jovi Y39 5G, Jovi V50, and Jovi V50 Lite 5G models have been reported to be in works and spotted on the IMEI database. [Jovi V50 Lite 5G also appeared on the Bluetooth SIG database as well.] All the three are believed to be re-branded Vivo smartphones because of the similarities in the model numbers. The Jovi V50 and Jovi V50 Lite 5G are said to be the re-branded versions of the Vivo V50 and Vivo V50 Lite 5G smartphones. The Vivo smartphone with model number ‘V2444A’ (~ Vivo Y39 5G) is suggested to be re-branded as the Jovi Y39 5G model.
