Vivo Watch 3 and Vivo V40e spotted on Bluetooth SIG, launch is imminent
Vivo has a lot of new gadgets coming up for the global markets. One of them is a smartwatch called the Vivo Watch 3, while the other is a smartphone from the V40 Series called the V40e. The Vivo Watch 3 has been sighted on multiple certification websites, while the V40e was last spotted on the IMEI database. Both devices have now appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification, and I will share the details below.
Vivo Watch 3 and Vivo V40e
First, focusing on the Vivo Watch 3, it is listed with the model number V2405 on the Bluetooth SIG. This same model number was earlier spotted on IMDA and SDPPI certifications. On a side note, Vivo launched the Watch 3 in its home country, China, last year and recently released the ECG version of it. Additionally, the Vivo Watch 3 Global variant was sighted on the NCC certification, which revealed the black colour option. However, the Chinese version of it came with three colour options: Black, Starlight, Bright Moon, and Moonlight White.
Not just the colour options, the NCC further revealed it to have a battery capacity of 485 mAh, while the Chinese counterpart came with a 505 mAh battery.
Next, we have discovered the Vivo V40e on the Bluetooth SIG certification with the model number “V2403”. Although the Bluetooth SIG didn’t reveal any specifications, it is listed alongside smartphones that have already been launched. Therefore, it is likely that the V40e will come with the same Bluetooth version as the other smartphones on the list, which is Bluetooth Version 5.4.
Additionally, the Vivo V40e 5G was spotted on the IMEI database with a different model number, “V2418”. It is possible that this smartphone might launch in different markets with slight alterations to the specs. However, let’s wait for the official information from Vivo to be released.
