Vivo’s next Y series smartphone is set to make its appearance soon. It has already been spotted on several certification platforms, including SIRIM, GCF, and Bluetooth SIG. Adding to the list, it has now been spotted on UAE’s TDRA and CQC certifications as well.
Vivo Y28s 5G on TDRA and CQC
The Vivo Y28s 5G is listed on the TDRA certification with the model number “V2346.” Under the marketing name, it is written as Vivo Y28s 5G. It has been approved with the equipment registration number “ER32319/24” as of June 6, 2024. While the TDRA only revealed the moniker and model number of this smartphone, it hints at its upcoming launch in the UAE market.
Next, we have discovered it on the CQC certification. If you look at the screen grab below, you will find the same model number “V2346”. The moniker isn’t present, but thanks to the TDRA and other previous certifications, we know it is the Y28s 5G. According to the CQC, this smartphone may feature 15W fast charging support.
From the Bluetooth SIG certification, it was revealed that the Vivo Y28s 5G has two model numbers: “V2346” and “V2351”. Additionally, only the “V2351” model was spotted on the BIS certification, suggesting that the Indian version might have either similar or different specifications. It is also worth noting that a Vivo Y28e 5G was discovered on the Bluetooth SIG.
