Vivo Y29s 5G Smartphone Spotted on the NCC Database: Few Key Specs and Live Images Revealed
We had recently spotted Vivo’s Y29s 5G smartphone model on the TDRA and SGS certification platforms and following these two listings, this upcoming device has now made it to the NCC certification database. Via the new listing, a few of its key specs along with the live images of the smartphone and its charging accessories have been revealed.

Vivo Y29s 5G – NCC Certification
About the NCC-listed details, apart from the 5G network, WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity support, the upcoming Vivo Y29s 5G model is also pointed out to support NFC connectivity as well. It will also be equipping a ‘BA61’ battery, which is revealed to be a 5500 mAh typical battery (5380 mAh rated battery). An AC charging adapter with model number – ‘V1530L0B0-US’ and USB cable with model number – ‘BK-C-50’ have also been listed on the NCC database with the smartphone device. Thus, the smartphone is also suggested to support 15W wired fast charging too,
Speaking of its live images, the device is revealed to feature a flat display with a V-like notch, thin bezels, and a slightly more thicker chin. At the bottom of the smartphone, we can find the microphone hole, USB Type-C charging interface, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The speaker holes can be found at the top. The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right side panel. Also to note, the power button also seems to be an integrated side-mounted fingerprint scanner too. At the left side panel, there is the card tray at the top portion.
Coming to the rear, again it is flat, with a pill-shaped camera area at the top-left corner, with two vertically-placed projected circular camera units and a ring LED light below them. There is also an added LED flashlight at the right of the camera area, along with the ‘vivo’ branding at the bottom-left portion of the rear panel. To add, the device will be offered in an 8GB/256GB storage option too, and also in a Glossy Silver color.
Regarding the charging brick, it comes in a White color and has a USB Type-A port. The charging cable is also White in color and is a USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable.
[Also to mention, previously the Vivo Y04 smartphone was also spotted on the NCC database. As per its listing, the device was also listed with the same charging brick, USB cable, and battery. However, the FCC listing suggested a different battery for the device. Notably, the Y04 also shares some resemblance with the Y29s 5G model in terms of design as well.]
As more and more updates are being shared concerning the Vivo Y29s 5G, this device could be slowly nearing its launch. Probably, we may get to hear even more about the smartphone in the coming days too. Stay tuned for it.
