Vivo Y300 5G Global variant spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification, ahead of its official launch

We were all expecting the Vivo Y300 series to launch in China with both the standard and Pro variants. However, Vivo only introduced the Pro variant in its home market last week. Rumours were also circulating that the Y300 series would be launched globally, with both the standard and Pro (V2402) variants spotted on the IMEI database, hinting at an imminent release.

Now, the standard variant, Vivo Y300 5G, has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification, suggesting that its launch is near. However, the Pro variant remains absent from the equation.

Vivo Y300 5G Global Variant Bluetooth SIG

If you look at the screenshot below, the model number V2416 is listed under the name Vivo Y300 5G. Beyond this, it’s difficult to determine which Bluetooth version the device will feature. Previously, Bluetooth SIG certifications included the Bluetooth version, but a recent update has removed this detail from the certification.

It will be interesting to see whether the standard variant will launch globally alongside the Pro variant, or if the standard variant will be released first, followed by the Pro.

Since it has appeared on the Bluetooth SIG, I expect more details to emerge in upcoming leaks.
