Xiaomi 14T spotted on Singapore’s IMDA along with a new Redmi Tablet
Xiaomi has two new smartphones under the Xiaomi 14T series that have been under the radar for some time now. Just recently, the model numbers associated with this series were revealed via the IMEI listing. Now, the vanilla variant from the series has been sighted on Singapore’s Telecom Authority IMDA. Along with this, a new model number “24075RP89G” associated with a Redmi Tablet has also been sighted.
Here is more to it.
Xiaomi 14T and Redmi Tablet spotted on IMDA
The vanilla variant from the Xiaomi 14T series has been sighted on the IMDA with the model number “2406APNFAG”. Although the listing doesn’t reveal the moniker, the earlier sighting on IMEI confirms it to be the Xiaomi 14T. The listing revealed it to be a 5G mobile phone with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC. This means the vanilla variant will come with NFC support. Other hardware specs of this smartphone are still a mystery, but speculations suggest it may come with a Dimensity 8000 series chipset. The Pro variant is likely to be a rebranded version of the upcoming Redmi K70 Ultra (China), which suggests the Pro might come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC.
Moving onto the new Redmi Tablet, which has been sighted with the model number “24075RP89G”. Similar to the Xiaomi 14T, the moniker is absent from the listing. This couldn’t be the Redmi Pad Pro 5G because this model number doesn’t match the earlier leaks, so it could be a new one altogether. However, the IMDA reveals it to be a non-LTE version.
Hopefully, once these devices appear on the Google Play Console or Geekbench, we will have a better idea about the core specs they may come with.
