The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi is said to unveil its latest Xiaomi 15 series this month in its home country China. The upcoming series is said to include Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro smartphones while the series is also revealed to arrive with a new Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and HyperOS 2.0. Besides Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro, the brand is also said to be working on Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
Though just like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra was launched after the Xiaomi 14 series, the same is expected to happen with the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. As per rumors the Ultra model could make its debut in February. Last month the concept renders of the Xiaomi 15 Pro were revealed online and now @smartprix has exclusively shared the renders of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone and also mentioned the camera features.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Leaked Renders & Expected Camera Specs
The above renders are somewhat similar to the previously alleged concept design of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. The renders reveal the rear panel which features a circular camera module that houses four camera sensors, two LED flashes while Leica branding can be seen on the module. The placement of camera sensors inside the module is different this time. The rear panel is showcased with a leather finish.
The top right camera sensor is said to be the periscope lens while the three lenses at the bottom are the main camera, ultra-wide camera, and telephoto camera. As per the report, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra could feature a 200MP Samsun ISOCELL P9 periscope lens with 4.3x optical zoom and f/2.6 aperture. It is said to house a 50MP Sony main camera, 50MP ultra-wide camera, and 50MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom. The smartphone is also expected to feature a 32MP selfie camera.
