Xiaomi 15 Ultra Smartphone Internal Design Leaked: Points Out Few Key Specs of the Upcoming Device
After its Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro smartphones debut last month in October 2024, Xiaomi is preparing for the much awaited Xiaomi 15 Ultra launch that is expected to take place early next year in 2025. We have already come across the schematic design and render images of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in the recent past days, along with a few of the smartphone’s key specifications. Now, the internal design image has been leaked, revealing more details.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra – Leaked Internal Design Image
As is already known from previous reports, Xiaomi’s upcoming 15 Ultra smartphone is expected to sport a quad camera unit at its rear, probably featuring a 50MP LYT900 primary camera with 23mm focal length & f/1.6 aperture, 50MP ISOCELL JN5 (S5KJN5) ultrawide camera, 50MP IMX858 periscope telephoto camera with 3x zoom, 11.51mm physical focal length, & f/1.8 aperture, and a 200MP S5KHP9 periscope telephoto camera with 4.3x optical zoom and 100mm focal length.
Looking at the now-leaked internal design image of the device, we can spot the 200MP periscope lens at the top and the 50MP telephoto lens just below it. Moreover, the main camera is placed at the right of the telephoto lens, whereas the ultrawide lens is on the left side.
Speaking more, the thick middle frame of the device as well as the wireless charging coil can also be seen in the internal design image, again revealing its sturdy design and wireless charging capability.
Other expected/revealed key specs of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15, 6.7″ LTPO OLED 120Hz micro-curved display, 6000 mAh battery backup, 90W wired & 80W wireless charging support, and under-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The device is also said to have plain leather, glass, and ceramic rear panel variants.
Regarding its launch, as suggested, it is believed to take place either in January or February 2025, next year, and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has already made its appearance on the EEC and IMEI official databases as well. We can expect it to launch in China, Europe, India, and other global markets.
