Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 global variant spotted on EEC certification website ahead of launch

The global market has recently witnessed the launch of the Honor Magic V2 foldable smartphone in Europe and the UK. Now it seems the market needs to be ready to witness another foldable smartphone. This is none other than the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 foldable smartphone. And just recently we at The TechOutlook have spotted the global variant of Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 on the EEC(Eurasian Economic Commission) certification website.

This smartphone has been spotted with the model number 2405CPX3DG. As per the model number of the smartphone, the smartphone can be launched around May(05) month of this year(24) in the global market(G).  This reaffirms the recent leak that claimed that MIX Fold 4 could be launched in the middle of this year.

This foldable smartphone is also tipped to debut in India and this was said by a tipster named Sanju Chaudhary in an X post. The same tipster previously also shared that global variants of the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 were spotted on the IMEI certification website with the model number 2405CPX3DG.

As of now Xiaomi has launched the MIX Fold foldable smartphones only in China and MIX Fold 4 can be the first foldable in this line to make its debut in the global market.

Expected specs of Xiaomi MIX Fold 4

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It can run Android 14-based HyperOS. It can feature an 8+ inch inner display and a 6.5+ inch wide outer display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. In the camera department, it can sport a 50MP quad camera setup.

Recently a tipster named Kartikey Singh wrote on X that MIX Fold 4 will feature a new generation of hinges that can be more durable, lighter, and waterproof.

As these things are specs without any evidence that needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. As the smartphone has yet not been even launched in China itself, we will have to wait a while to witness its launch in the global and Indian market.
