Airtel has surpassed 2 million customers using Airtel 5G Plus service in Mumbai

Airtel, a leading telecom service provider, first rolled out a 5G network in India and now it is available in 3000 cities all across India. Airtel India recently announced that it has surpassed 2 million customers using Airtel 5G Plus service in Mumbai. This announcement has been made through the Airtel India tweet in which it wrote “Join the network trusted by 2 million Mumbaikars and experience superfast speeds with #Airtel5GPlus”.

Expanded coverage

Mumbai was among those states where Airtel first rolled out its 5G service. It is now available in some of the major business hubs in Mumbai, including BKC, Nariman Point, and Lower Parel. Other than business hubs, transportation hubs have also been covered with coverage in Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), Mumbai Metro line, Mumbai Monorail, and all railway stations throughout the Western, Central, and Harbour lines.
